RESEARCH ANALYST - PRODUCT INVENTION GROUP

THE OPPORTUNITY:

Mapleridge Capital Corporation is hiring Research Analysts to join our Product Invention Group. This select group, which includes Senior Research Analysts with advanced degrees in mathematics and science, has the essential task of inventing the trading strategies we use to invest client assets.

Each Research Analyst will assist a Senior Research Analyst in:

Programming

Working with time series data

Developing systematic trading strategies

Researching quantitative methods to analyze trading.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Candidates must have:

Strong Programming skills in C++ and Java

A degree (PhD, Masters preferred) in physics, mathematics, statistics, computer science, engineering science or computer/electrical engineering

A strong interest in applying higher learning and solving problems.
